Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Within India: 3–5 working days. International (US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada): 5–7 working days door-to-door, with duties prepaid. Other countries: 7–10 days.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to 47+ countries from our workshops in Jaipur, with duties prepaid for the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Is shipping free?
Free worldwide on orders over $150 (₹12,500). Otherwise a flat shipping fee applies based on destination.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UPI, Razorpay, PayPal, and major Indian wallets at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your piece is already with the artisan.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy?
30-day easy returns within India. International returns accepted for unused items in original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — just contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Products & craft

Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes — every single piece. Block-print is hand-stamped, pottery is hand-painted, jewelry is hand-set. Small variations are part of the craft.

What does GI-tag mean?
Geographical Indication — India's official mark of authenticity for region-specific crafts like Bagru block-print and Blue Pottery. We only sell GI-verified pieces.

Yes — read our Our Story page, or follow us on Instagram for workshop videos.

Wholesale & custom

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, for boutiques and interior designers. Write to us with your details.

Can I commission a custom piece?
For most crafts, yes — minimum order quantities apply. Contact us to discuss.
